RepeatDrive is designed to store only the data needed to keep recurring activities working.

What we process

We store encrypted Pipedrive OAuth credentials, the Pipedrive company/user identifiers required for installation, recurrence configuration, a compact copy of the selected activity fields needed to generate future occurrences, and the IDs/dates of activities generated by RepeatDrive.

What we do not need

RepeatDrive does not request Pipedrive Mail access, administrator access, or general write access to deals and contacts. External calendar attendees are not automatically reinvited by V1.

Purpose and retention

Stored data is used only to provide, secure and operate RepeatDrive. When an installation is removed, associated OAuth credentials and recurrence data are deleted by the production uninstall flow.
